Netdirekt Izmir Data Center is a one-of-a-kind facility that stands out for its state-of-the-art technology and security capabilities. The data center, located in Izmir, Turkey, was built in accordance with international standards and features a white space of 900 sq. meters and an indoor area of 3,000 sq. meters. Additionally, the data center was designed to be earthquake-resistant. Our project is backed by a wind farm, providing clean and renewable energy to support our efforts. Netdirekt data center features a 1 MVA waterproof underground transformer that is custom-built for our facility. As we are located in an industrial area, power outages are very rare. In the event of a power outage, our entire system is supported by an N+2 redundant ABB UPS system, and uninterrupted power is provided by N+1 diesel generators (770 KVA). This configuration ensures that our data center has a robust and reliable power infrastructure, with multiple layers of protection against power interruptions.

Our data center has a redundant network that is supported by 8 different internet service providers. This allows us to provide IP transit or peering services over a highly reliable and resilient network. All of the service providers' fiber cables are redundant and enter our building from different physical routes. We work with international operators such as Cogent, Seabone (TiSparkle), DE-CIX, and Hurricane Electric, as well as domestic operators such as Turk Telekom, Turkcell, Turknet, and Vodafone. Our peering relationships with networks such as Cogent, Microsoft, and Amazon enable us to provide fast access speeds to our customers. Additionally, we carry all uplinks for our customers on redundant devices to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.

Our data center features an N+1 redundant Emerson precision air conditioning system. All of the air conditioning units are equipped with dual compressors and a humidification system. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of electronic devices in our data center, we also have a humidity control system. These features provide our data center with a highly stable and controlled environment that is conducive to the operation of sensitive equipment

Netdirekt Data Center features a custom-designed FM-200 fire suppression system for both underground and above-ground areas. This system is carefully designed and calculated to fill the entire environment with FM-200 gas in the event of a fire, which depletes the oxygen and extinguishes the fire. The system is fully automated and can also be operated manually by our experienced personnel if necessary.

In addition to the data center, our office areas also have fire detection and suppression systems. These systems are designed to detect the presence of a fire and automatically activate the fire suppression system in order to extinguish the fire and protect the building and its occupants. Our fire detection and suppression systems are regularly maintained and tested to ensure they are in good working condition and ready to respond in case of a fire.

Our building is protected by a private security company on a 24/7 basis and all areas are monitored by a night vision camera system. At the entrance of the building, X-ray and security personnel perform necessary checks. Access to all private areas in the building is controlled through the use of proximity cards or fingerprint scanners. Customers who are working in the data center are accompanied by our technical personnel during their working hours. Our security levels are measured by independent audit organizations through unannounced and sudden audits.

Our motto is "You can't evaluate what you can't measure," and we apply this principle to our infrastructure by monitoring it 24/7. Our security personnel constantly monitor the entire building, and our technical personnel can easily track all data related to energy, generators, UPS, cooling, fire suppression, and network systems on a single screen. We have artificial intelligence-supported alarm systems that inform our team of potential problems with both audio and visual alerts. With our independent detection and notification systems, we strive to minimize the margin of error and maintain our operations smoothly.

The maintenance of all our critical equipment is regularly performed and the maintenance records are kept for review during audits. In addition, all of our personnel receive regular training on fire suppression, energy, and air conditioning systems. We are prepared for any situation through our scheduled and unscheduled drills
